Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and turning the experience into a lead for our dealer clients.
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred).
• Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting (2+ years preferred).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
