Part-Time Instagram VA for New Eco Mom Brand – Plastic-Free Lunch Boxes

I'm looking for a reliable part-time Virtual Assistant to help me get it rolling without burning me out. What you'll help with (10–15 hours/month to start): Profile optimization (bio, highlights, linktree, etc.) Creating a simple 30-day content calendar focused on Reels Light editing of my raw phone videos (using CapCut or similar) – I'll film the authentic mom/lunch packing stuff Writing fun, engaging captions that match my wholesome "real family chaos" vibe Scheduling posts + daily engagement (liking/commenting on similar mom/eco accounts) Basic hashtag research and growth tips for the parenting + zero-waste niche What I'm looking for: Experience with Instagram Reels for small e-commerce or mom brands (Etsy experience is a big plus!) Warm, positive energy – you get the "helping moms ditch plastic for their kids" mission Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Bonus if you're a mom or familiar with eco/parenting content Budget: $5–10 per hour (or equivalent monthly for 10–15 hours).
