This becomes particularly visible in one situation: When U.S./U.K./Ireland-based internal audit functions need coverage, coordination, or execution support in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Language barriers, local business practices, and lack of on-the-ground context create friction — even in otherwise well-structured audit environments. This is where the opportunity sits. WHO Drapalski Consulting LLC is a U.S.-registered independent advisory firm led by a U.S. CPA, CIA, and CFE with 15+ years of international experience across internal audit, risk management, and finance whom is based in Germany. The focus is on building and supporting governance, risk, and internal audit structures particularly in cross-border environments where clarity, control, and communication matter. This is senior-level internal audit and governance support, delivered locally. WHAT This role is simple in structure, but not easy in execution. You identify and connect with professionals inside U.S.-based organizations where:

• Internal audit teams need additional senior-level skilled capacity
• DACH-region coverage is required
• German language or local context is a constraint
• Native English exchange with the client is essential
• GRC, or IA structures are evolving and need independent review (not Big4)

You start conversations, understand the situation, and introduce those where there is a clear fit. From there, everything else is handled centrally. This is a 100% commission role; you are compensated based on outcomes, not activity. Typical engagements range from targeted audit scope/project support to broader internal audit build-ups or ongoing outsourcing structures, agreed with Chief Audit Executives (CAEs). Relationships are high-value, recurring, and trust-based. A single strong introduction can lead to multi-month or ongoing engagements. YOUR BENEFITS There is a negotiable 10–18-month participation on collected revenues, based on a net cash collection commission structure. No minimums. No fixed quotas. No predefined structure.
