Telehealth Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach

COMING EARLY FALL 2026! Looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Telehealth Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach, who will encourage, inspire and guide clients toward achieving their health and fitness goals through innovative virtual sessions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and program design to deliver personalized fitness plans to patients as part of a larger physician-led team to move them towards total health and wellness. Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one-on-one fitness coaching sessions tailored to each client’s needs and fitness levels
• Develop customized workout programs based on clients’ health assessments, goals, and physical capabilities, working closely with a medical team
• Educate clients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies
• Apply your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and sports coaching to optimize training effectiveness and safety
• Promote ongoing client engagement through motivational coaching and progress tracking and accountability
• Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress notes, and program adjustments within our digital platform
• Support sales efforts by educating potential clients about available programs and services during consultations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science principles
• Ability to design effective fitness programs that accommodate diverse client needs and goals
• Excellent communication skills for teaching physical education concepts clearly and motivating clients remotely
• Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote programs confidently and ethically
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms or virtual training tools is preferred but not required
• Certification in personal training or related fields such as NASM, ACE, ACSM is highly desirable
