Platinum Outsourcing is one of Australia's fastest growing companies, we are a co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years. We are seeking a Draftsman who will be responsible for developing drafting standard procedures, managing standard drawings and drafting priorities, with experience within an Australian entity. FAST growing program, our client is part of a multi-national group. This role is within their water & wastewater solutions division. Please review the following criteria carefully before applying. Job Description: - Manage/develop drafting standard procedures - Manage standard drawings - Manage drafting priorities - Generate Bill of Materials, General Arrangement Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, & Specifications. - Responsibility for ensuring company drawings is prepared, checked and file as per company procedures - Prepare drawings in accordance with company procedures and drafting standards - Responsibility for ensuring drawings is filed correctly, including check prints, superseded and masters. - To attend all company Meetings, Trainings, & Orientations. Job Requirements: Experience & Qualifications - Completed Minimum qualifications in Engineering - Certificate in AutoCAD or similar - Minimum 3 years of using Auto CAD - Minimum 1 years of using Autodesk Inventor/Autodesk Plant 3D - Microsoft Office Suite Skills, Abilities & Knowledge - Strong mechanical and structural knowledge - Attention to detail - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong reasoning and analytical skills - Able to work as part of a team as well as independently Personal Characteristics - Reliable - Results focused What we offer: - Above market remuneration - HMO - Performance incentives - Team building events and activities - Brand new IT equipment - 15 days VL - 5 days sick leave - 13 month and all other government mandated benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
