Join our Team

As a Part-Time Remote Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving operational excellence in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Our operation's workflow has three major components:

• First mile: where the product is housed and ready for order
• Middle mile: where the order is hauled to your area
• Last mile: when the product is delivered to the customer's door

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced operations environment
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience in a logistics or e-commerce environment

• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Familiarity with arenaflex's operations and workflow
• Experience with team management and development
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
