About the Role:
As an e-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and resolves any issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred
- Required Skills:
+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Skills:
+ Customer service experience and/or training + Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
Essential Functions:
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Compensation and Benefits:
* This role pays between $15 to $17/hour, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
