The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, support, and solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional attitude
- Providing information about our tours, packages, and services to help customers make confident travel decisions
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for a positive resolution
- Assisting with booking modifications, cancellations, or special requests
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, etc.)
- A team player who's ready to learn and grow with us
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We'll provide all the training you need!
