Job Summary

As an Online Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, responding promptly and professionally to resolve any concerns or issues. Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
