The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders, providing exceptional customer service experience in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs related to their home, auto policies, and/or billing
  • Initiating claims according to claims best practices and assisting with existing claim inquiries
  • Explaining the claims process, initiating damage appraisals, and organizing car rental where appropriate
  • Promoting digital self-service capabilities
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications with accuracy

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to empathize with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment while multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English is a plus) to develop and enhance strong impactful customer relationships
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree a plus

Training and Career Growth Opportunities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have access to a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • 12 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  • Post-training hours, Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST
  • Ongoing coaching and guidance from experienced managers
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company

Compensation and Benefits
