Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and efficient fulfillment of their online orders. You'll interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing any issues or concerns related to their orders. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing any issues or concerns related to their online orders

  • Provide accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and personalized experience
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time

Benefits & Perks

* Competitive pay: $15 - $23 per hour, with an estimated hourly rate of $18.20 in the location of arenaflex's facility

  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives, providing opportunities for growth and recognition
  • Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
