Job Summary
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also handling data entry and other administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and enter data into our systems. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter data into our systems, including patient and prescription information, using our proprietary software
- Process prescriptions and handle medication requests in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Investigate and resolve missing prescription data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Settle all data entry-related exceptions and discrepancies
- Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages
- Settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
- Resolve external outliers by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as needed
- Settle phone calls to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the external outlier
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely
- Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing files
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing files
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
