Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in a contact or call center environment (entry-level and experienced positions available)
  • Good to excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
