As a Customer Service Coordinator on our Remote Customer Support Team, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
• Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences
• Interpret and communicate authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
• Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals
• Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
• Protect business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment
• Possess the physical capabilities and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including operating motorized equipment
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Work independently with minimal supervision, responding to and assisting during safety and emergency situations
• Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, maintaining compliance and adhering to industry standards
• May be required to operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers, ensuring safe and efficient travel experiences
• Responsible for the overall performance in the work location, leading and directing the work of other team members
• May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control duties, including air-to-ground communication and Tower operations

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
• A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
• Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work on a regular and timely basis
