Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and our enrollment package records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues, reconcile eligibility records, and maintain accurate data.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and resolve discrepancies between eligibility records and enrollment package records

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate data
• Reconcile eligibility records across multiple systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and resolution

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
