Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients, gathering information, and relaying it to clinicians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism. This is a rewarding role that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians

  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or telehealth setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
