Key Responsibilities
As an Online Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operational excellence by accurately and efficiently inputting and updating customer, flight, and operational data into our database systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating customer, flight, and operational data into arenaflex's database systems
- Reviewing and verifying information for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security in compliance with arenaflex's policies
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies or issues promptly
- Meeting daily and weekly productivity goals to support arenaflex's operational excellence
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools
