Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions, troubleshooting, or methods to resolve their issues
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
