Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
