* Start at 80% Commission: With the potential to increase to 130% as you grow and develop your skills.
- Bonuses: Earn producer bonuses, capital bonuses, and other incentives to boost your income.
- Potential Earnings: Part-time agents can earn $50,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents can earn $100,000+ in the first year. Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year.
- Career Growth Opportunities: With consistent promotions, you can achieve Agency Owner status in 2-4 years, with highly motivated individuals achieving this goal in less than 18 months.

* Life Insurance License: A life insurance license is required for this role. We will help you obtain your license if you don't have one now.
