Join Our Concentrix Catalyst Team

As a Customer Engineer (SQL Server & Data Platform Engineer) at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Concentrix Catalyst team, which is responsible for delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and value for our clients. You'll work with the best in the world, providing market-leading technology and insights to modernize and simplify the customer experience.

Your Role

As a Customer Engineer (SQL Server & Data Platform Engineer), you'll design, optimize, and support modern database solutions that emphasize high availability, performance tuning, and leading cloud migrations to Azure. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and Optimize SQL Server Platforms: Focus on performance, high availability, and failover clustering to ensure our clients' databases are running at peak efficiency.
• Lead Migrations of On-Premises Databases to Azure: Guide our clients through the process of migrating their databases to the cloud, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to their operations.
• Architect Disaster Recovery Solutions: Design and implement disaster recovery solutions using FCI, Always On availability groups, and Azure services to ensure our clients' data is always protected.
• Perform Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, and Troubleshooting: Use your expertise to optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our clients' systems are running smoothly.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 4 to 8 years of experience with SQL Server (2012+), Azure SQL, and data warehousing: You'll have a deep understanding of modern database solutions and the skills to design, optimize, and support them.
• Expertise in high availability, clustering, and cloud-based database solutions: You'll be able to design and implement high-availability solutions and migrate databases to the cloud with ease.
• Experience with Azure services like Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, and IaaS: You'll have a solid understanding of Azure services and be able to leverage them to deliver exceptional results.
• Strong skills in database performance tuning and query optimization: You'll be able to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues with ease.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills: You'll be able to work independently, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
