Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our migration project, responsible for:

  • Executing entry-level application administration tasks, ensuring seamless integration with our new system
  • Accurately establishing and managing organizational profiles and user accounts, guaranteeing a smooth transition for end users
  • Providing support to various divisions, working designated shifts to fulfill team requirements and meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with team members and end users to ensure a successful migration, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Communication: Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and end users
  • Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Reliability: A strong internet connection and the ability to work remotely, with a high level of reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level experience in application administration or customer service, with a strong desire to learn and grow
