Key Responsibilities

As a live chat assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to develop and implement effective live chat strategies
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Working closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or live chat support (not required, but a plus)

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
