Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
• Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Availability to work 1st shift (10am-7pm) Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
