What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy
  • Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and management
  • Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, with precision and speed
  • Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

What's Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to use an email system, with proficiency in sending and receiving emails
  • Proficiency in navigating two applications, with ease and efficiency
  • The capability of cutting and pasting data accurately, with attention to detail and precision
  • Availability for part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday

While not required, having the following skills and experience will make you a strong candidate:

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • Familiarity with data management software or tools, such as Excel, Access, or similar applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for precision and quality
