Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, answering their questions, and helping them find what they need
• Working with customer files and contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment, including assisting with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
• Handling clerical duties, such as data entry and filing, to support the sales team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll provide training and support to ensure your safety)
• Age 18 or older
