As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. Your excellent written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will be essential in communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system. You will also be responsible for proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team based in India.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
- Proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team based in India
- Managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, and providing Google Certified expertise
- Providing exceptional customer support and responding to client queries via Basecamp
- Coordinating tasks of others and working independently to achieve project goals
- Assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and other duties as required
- Utilizing graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms to create visual content
- Managing social media accounts and online lead generation and follow-up activities
- Conducting product research and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential requirements:
- Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
- Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certified is a plus)
- Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
- Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
- Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
- Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research (not essential but a plus)
Percentage Breakdown of Tasks
Your tasks will be broken down as follows:
- FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)
- Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
- Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
- Graphic design (10%)
- General Admin (10%)
- Report Preparation (5%)
- SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
- Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)
