The Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be the face of arenaflex, handling live chat messages, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities
* Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team
- Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively
Requirements
* Strong fluency in English and bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (a plus)
- Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years in Customer Support/Service
- Reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
