Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries

, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately to support employee success.

Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of employee data

through effective management of HR systems and processes, ensuring employee information integrity.

Supporting company-wide HR programs

, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement and drive business results.

Learning and implementing tools and techniques

to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes, improving efficiency and productivity.

Creating, updating, and managing the HR knowledge base

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proficiency with Workday HCM tools

, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB), to manage employee data and HR processes efficiently.

Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Keen attention to detail

Strong logical reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications
