Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support and service they deserve. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Communicating promptly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and e-chat to provide support and product information.
  • Providing order status information and delivery updates.
  • Managing cancellation requests and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Improving overall customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Fluency in Dutch or German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time).
  • A proper service mentality, with a genuine desire to listen to customer needs and concerns, and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues.
  • Patience and self-control, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • A fast-learning mindset and a willingness to stay open-minded and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
