Job Responsibilities:

Our Data Entry Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within company systems and databases.
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality information.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical records as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies or errors.
  • Adhering to data privacy and security policies to safeguard sensitive information.

Key Performance Indicators:

* Achieve high accuracy rates in data entry tasks (95% or higher).

  • Meet or exceed productivity targets for data entry tasks.
  • Respond promptly to data discrepancies or errors, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher (preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum of 45 WPM).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with data management software or systems.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's data management processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
