Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based solutions. You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and business teams to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, and visualization
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and pursue opportunities to optimize and improve
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and controlling large datasets using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders and teams

• Experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
