Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Live Chat Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via online chat, email, and phone. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving questions and complaints concerning their accounts, and delivering a world-class experience across every interaction. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone, resolving questions and complaints concerning customer accounts

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively listen to customers, understanding their needs and delivering personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in online chat and email communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a live chat support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
