About the Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates who apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* At least 1+ year of previous work experience (although this is not a requirement)
* Advanced English language skills
