As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your expertise in the travel industry will enable you to provide accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your primary goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
