As a Customer Service Representative – Part Time, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our guests and exceeding their expectations at every turn. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure that every room and common area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance
• Replenish linens, amenities, and various supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
• Dispose of trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and push large carts
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with chemicals
• Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

• Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance procedures
