Position Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing critical data related to price files and internal systems. Your expertise in Excel and data processes will ensure accuracy and efficiency across various operations, while your strong organizational skills, time management, and professional approach will drive success in this role.
Responsibilities

- Using advanced Excel functions to build and optimize data sets, generate reports, and track progress
- Transferring information from hardcopy to digital format
- Updating and maintaining price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information
- Collaborating across teams to streamline data management processes and integrate data into relevant systems
- Developing and implementing efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations
- Training staff on document retrieval procedures
- Analyzing data trends and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
- Interpreting raw data and turning it into usable feedback and applications
- Troubleshooting data discrepancies and providing timely resolutions
- Ensuring data security, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Supporting the team with in-depth knowledge of data, providing assessments of its quality and limitations
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, peers, managers, and internal support staff
- Handling multiple client requests simultaneously and accurately
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Solid experience in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excel certification is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, maturity, and high integrity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid customer focus (internal & external)
- A workspace free from distractions with reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity
- Open to receiving and applying coaching feedback through regular meetings
- Flexibility to work global business hours is a plus
- Healthcare background with an understanding of third-party payers, reimbursement, and GPO contracting is a plus
- Prior experience with pricing or internal systems updates is a plus
