Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Completing micro tasks and online surveys
  • Participating in online focus groups and product testing
  • Conducting research trials and providing feedback
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized (although this is not mandatory)
  • Communicating with arenaflex team members via email or other digital channels

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it may provide additional opportunities)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
  • Ability to use a webcam and conduct studies using a smartphone

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with individual study sessions paying up to $250 per hour. Additionally, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including:
