Key Responsibilities

- Verifying GL Coding and Purchase Order Creation: You'll verify GL Coding and Purchase Order creation as required, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing errors.
- Receiving, Stamping, and Distributing Invoices: You'll receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for timely approval, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintaining Accurate Filing Systems: You'll maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for processed invoices, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborating with the Admin Office Manager: You'll collaborate with the Admin Office Manager as needed, providing support for various tasks and contributing to the overall success of our team.
