Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events, including scheduling changes, entertainer and event staff management, and customer interactions.
  • Multitasking efficiently to manage real-time events, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
  • Leveraging computer skills to navigate Arenaflex's support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively, ensuring seamless access to critical information and resources.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to think on your feet, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, embodying Arenaflex's values of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in speaking on the phone, with a clear and articulate communication style that resonates with customers.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities and scheduling changes.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, support tools, and Google workspace programs (Google documents, spreadsheets, and more).
  • Natural problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.
