Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them navigate their healthcare journey. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers: You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of their coverage and options.
  • Providing solutions: You'll use your skills and knowledge to offer solutions that simplify our customers' healthcare experience and help them achieve their goals.
  • Building relationships: You'll build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Staying up-to-date: You'll receive ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Training and Development

Schedule Options

We offer flexible schedule options to accommodate your needs and preferences. You'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of schedules, including:

  • Full-time schedules: You'll work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Part-time schedules: You'll work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work up to 30 hours per week.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Pay rates: Pay rates start at $17.50 per hour.
  • Pay range: The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45 per hour.

Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year experience interacting with customers: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
  • Computer proficiency: You'll need to be proficient in Windows-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience: You'll need to have an associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
  • Customer service skills: You'll need to have strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Communication skills: You'll need to have strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Healthcare experience: You'll need to have at least 6 months of healthcare experience.

Education

You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
