What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
- Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve issues
- Making recommendations to customers to close sales and provide a personalized shopping experience
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex issues
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for high fashion brands and haute couture
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Proficiency in computer software and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
- A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for remote work
