Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Administrative Assistant – Data Entry and Research Participant, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:
- Data entry and research participation: You'll be responsible for completing tasks, micro-tasks, and participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials.
- Administrative support: You'll provide administrative assistance to our team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and communication with participants.
- Research participation: You'll participate in research studies, including online surveys, product testing, and focus groups, and provide valuable feedback to help shape the future of arenaflex's products and services.
- Customer service: You'll provide exceptional customer service to our participants, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong internet connection and a mobile device or computer
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (although not mandatory)
- Ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support. Additionally, experience with data entry, research participation, or online focus groups is highly desirable.
