Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat and phone support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions that meet their needs
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and databases
  • Experience with live chat and phone support software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
