Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, working closely with our team to resolve complex issues
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a prompt and accurate manner
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is equipped to make data-driven decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration
• 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
• High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in English and mathematics
• Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
