Client Account Executive - Alliances

As a Client Account Executive for Alliances, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with our strategic partners to drive growth and success for our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales and account management. If you are driven, collaborative, and customer-focused, we want you on our team! Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and success for clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and alliances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint solutions and go-to-market strategies with partners. Act as a subject matter expert on our partners' products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients. Drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling partner solutions to clients. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our offerings in the market. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management. Manage and maintain accurate records of all partnership activities and sales in CRM system. Continuously strive to enhance and improve partner relationships and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Represent Dell at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and promoting our partnerships. Stay informed about competitors and their partnerships to identify potential threats or opportunities. Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies with partners. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
