Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis (8 hours per week). As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, driving data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of analytics-driven insights. You will work closely with our marketing teams to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement data-driven strategies, and measure the effectiveness of our paid media spend.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies to optimize paid media spend
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of our paid media spend
- Foster a culture of analytics-driven insights by developing and sharing custom reports and analyses with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our paid media examination capability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media examination and analytics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
- Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope an issue, form pertinent questions, and draw important inferences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and share custom reports and analyses with stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Certification in analytics or data science (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
