Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
- Providing accurate and timely information about their current plans and products
- Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with their needs and goals
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Work at Home Requirements:
To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite)
- A quiet, secured workspace that minimizes distractions and ensures confidentiality
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone to ensure clear and professional communication
- A reliable computer with the necessary software and hardware to perform your job duties
Additional Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A customer-focused personality and a genuine desire to help people
- High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge
- A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- The ability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
