About the Role
As an Online Order Filler and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive their online orders accurately and on time. You'll also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile, making them feel valued and appreciated
- Answer customer questions, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Help customers find the products they're looking for, using your knowledge of our inventory and product offerings
- Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail

Estimated Salary Range
