Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of information and the timely reimbursement of dialysis services rendered at our clinics. Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
- Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
- Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
- Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams
- Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
- Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
- Identifying and implementing process changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
- Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
- Data Entry experience filling out online forms
- Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
- Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
- Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus

- Previous experience in a revenue cycle or healthcare setting
- Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC)
- Experience with healthcare software systems, including EMRs and practice management systems
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
